Eligibility Criteria

The following eligibility criteria are required to avail of the benefit under the Mizoram Scholarship

Pre Matric Scholarship for SC ST OBC Minority An applicant must be a permanent resident of Mizoram The candidate must belong to the category of SC ST OBC Minority The candidate must have scored at least 50% of marks in their last examination. The annual income should not exceed more than Rs. 1 lakh 30% of this scholarship is reserved for girls candidate
Post matric scholarship for SC ST OBC Minority An applicant must be a permanent resident of Mizoram The candidate must belong to the category of SC ST OBC Minority The candidate must have scored at least 50% of marks in their last examination. The annual income should not exceed more than Rs. 2 lakh 30% of this scholarship is reserved for girls candidate
Merit Cum Means Scholarship for SC ST OBC minority The applicant must be a permanent resident of Mizoram The candidate must belong from the category of SC ST OBC Minority The candidate must have scored at least 50% of marks in their last examination. The annual income of the applicant should not exceed more than Rs. 2.5 lakh 30% of this scholarship is reserved for girls candidate
Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship for SC ST An applicant must belong to the SC-ST category They must have passed the last examination with graduation The candidate must have registered themselves in M. Phill and Ph.D. degree The student pursuing the courses like Social Sciences, Humanities, Sciences, Engineering, and Technologies are eligible to apply
UGC NET JRF An applicant must have aged up to 30 years and above They must have completed their master’s degree The student must have scored at least 55% off marks in the last examination for general and 50% marks for SC ST OBC PWD candidates
INSPIRE Scholarship The student should have an age of 17 to 22 years The student must have top in class 12th examination The candidates must have enrolled themselves in natural or basic science at BSc or MSc level The applicants who have scored their rank under 10000 in AIEEE exam are eligible to apply. Students who have applied for IISER, NISER, DAE- CBS, and KVPY who are pursuing BSc and MSc in Natural Sciences are eligible to apply
Maulana Azad National Fellowship for minority The candidate must have passed CBSE/NTA-UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET exams to be eligible to apply An applicant belongs to the minority community. She must have to register themselves in M. Phill and Ph.D. courses Annual income should not exceed more than Rs. 6 lakhs per annum The applicant must have scored at least 55% at the postgraduate level 30% of the total scholarship is available for the girls’ candidate
CSIR JRF Applicants pursuing BS-4/ B. Tech/ B. Pharma/ MBBS are eligible to apply The candidate must enroll themselves in MS-PHD program He/ She must have scored at least 55% off marks in general and 50% off marks in SC ST OBC The applicant must having age between 28 years and above
NEC Merit Scholarship The candidates who belong to economically backward categories are eligible to apply Demis 15 at least 70% off marks in their last examination for general and 60% off marks in their last examination for SC ST candidate He/ She must be pursuing the courses like Diploma, Degree, PG, M. Phill, and Ph.D. level The annual income should not exceed more than Rs. 4.5 lakhs

Through National Scholarship Portal

  • On the homepage, click on the option of New Registration
  • A new web page will be displayed in front of you.
  • Here, you have to read all the terms and conditions carefully.
  • After reading all the guidelines, mark the following.
  • Now click on the Continue option
  • The registration form will appear in front of you
  • You have to enter all the details that are asked in the forms, such as

  • Enter the details in the application form.

Delhi Scholarship – Rewards

Below ae the details on the financial and material assistance provided for specific scholarships.

1. Reimbursement of Tuition Fee for SC/ST/OBC/Minority, Delhi

  • Students of class 1 to 5 will receive reimbursement of tuition and other compulsory fees.
  • Students of class 6 to 12 get reimbursement of tuition and other compulsory fees who score 50% and above marks and have an attendance of at least 80% in the preceding year.
  • Also, the students with an annual family income of INR 60,000 will get 100% reimbursement and those students who have an annual family income of INR 2 Lakh will receive 75% reimbursement of fees.

2. Financial Assistance to SC/ST/OBC/Minority, Delhi

  • Students of class 1 to 8 will receive INR 100 per month for a period of 10 months to purchase stationery.
  • Students of class 9 to 12 will get INR 200 per month for a period of 10 months to purchase stationery.

3. Scholarship/Merit Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC/Minority (Class 1 to 12), Delhi

  • The SC/ST/Minority students studying in class 1 to 8 will get INR 1000 per annum.
  • The OBC students studying in class 6 to 8 with a score of 55% to 60% marks in previous class will get INR 600 per annum while those with above 60% marks will get INR 720 per annum.
  • The SC/ST/OBC/Minority students studying in classes 9 to 10 with a score of 55% to 60% marks in the previous class will get an annual amount of INR 1620 while those students who have scored above 60% marks receive INR 2040 per annum.
  • The SC/ST/OBC/Minority students studying in classes 11 to 12 with a score of 55% to 70% marks in the previous class will get an annual amount of INR 3,000 while those students who have scored above 70% marks will receive INR 4,500 per annum.

4. Merit Scholarship to SC/ST/OBC/Minority, Delhi

  • Selected students will receive up to INR 1,860 per month for a period of 12 months.

5. Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme for OBC Students, Delhi

  • Selected students of class 3 to 10 who are hostellers will receive a scholarship amount of INR 500 per month for 10 months.
  • Selected students of class 1 to 10 who are day scholars will get a monthly scholarship of INR 100 for a period of 10 months.
  • Also, each student will receives an ad-hoc grant of INR 500 per annum.

6. Post Matric Scholarship for OBC Students

  • The selected students will receive a maintenance allowance of up to INR 10,000 per annum and course fee of up to INR 20,000 per annum.

7. Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme for SC Students, Delhi

  • The selected SC students studying in class 9 to 10 will get a monthly scholarship amount of up to INR 750 and a book & ad-hoc grant of up to INR 1,000 per annum.

8. Post Matric Scholarship for SC Students, Delhi

  • Under this scholarship scheme, the selected students will get a maintenance allowance of up to INR 1,200 per month along with tuition fees, study tour charges, book allowance and other benefits.

9. Financial Assistance to Educationally Backward Minority Students, Delhi

  • The selected students will receive a scholarship of up to INR 600 per annum.

10. Delhi Ladli Scheme

  • The eligible candidates will receive a financial support of up to INR 11,000 per annum.
