Students belonging to other backward classes of Manipur state who are studying in Classes 1 to 10, from any recognized and/or affiliated institute, college or university in or outside Manipur are covered under this scheme. Each year, the award covers admission fees, tuition fees and maintenance allowance. The award may vary with changing academic years.

Pre Matric Scholarship for ST Students, Manipur

Students, who are residents of Manipur and belong to the ST category are offered this scholarship. They must be studying in Classes 9 and 10 at a government or government-recognized institution.  The key objective of this scholarship is to reduce the incidence of dropout among students in the transition from elementary to secondary stage of education. Post-Matric Scholarship for ST Students, Manipur
